Key job responsibilities will include:
- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for water supply-sewerage market that ensure attainment of company sales goals, profitability and target achievement
- Provide the technical and commercial proposal to customer
- Provide the activities for promote the product with prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, seminar and good proposals.
- Maintains contact with all customer in the market
- Monitoring the activities of processing and production
- Creating and developing product range
- Evaluating and decision making of all activities water supply-sewerage's team
- Develops new market area
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a reputable university
- At least 10 years’ experience in sales management
- Experience in Industrial equipment, preferably in pumps and valves
- Strong networking in water sewage industry such as PDAM, water treatment plant.
- English, both oral and written
- Sales competency
- Managerial skills
- Willing to travel
