Lowongan Kerja Pt Pln Jakarta Oktober 2014 Sales Manager Ge Energy Management
The role provides sales lead to the assigned segment of Power Generation and Utility market. The incumbent will provide key relationship between GE and the end-user customers such as PLN, IPP companies, engineering consultants and especially the EPC companies whether direct sale or through the respective GE partners/ channels.
•Work closely with the ASEAN ITO/OTR organization on developing proposal for the electrical equipment product package offerings.
•Generates sales leads to the sub-region Sales Leader and SEA ITO Managers and team as it relates to GE Energy Management, Industrial Solution products & services.
•Build and maintain strong relationship with the Power Generation and Utility key accounts, such as PLN, PJB, JE, Indonesia Power, IPP companies, EPC companies, Engineering Consultant etc.
•Responsible to meet the sales target on orders/ sales and margin to the designed segment market.
•Liaise closely between the key account customers and the sub-region Sales Leader, Commercial Managers, Application Engineering Manager and the sales team when conducting review to ensure high winning rate when the designed tender bidding decision has been made.
•Provide external network to the designed Power Generation and Utility vertical market in order to make customer calls and presentations and participate in bid meetings and walk-through meetings with the customer with/without distributors as necessary.
•Respond to various both first level contacts on customer commercial and technical questions / clarifications regarding products and systems offering whenever the bidding process happens.
•Bachelor's or Master degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college
•At least 10 years of experience in a commercial environment with sales and marketing for the electrical distribution product to the Power Generation and Utility market
•At least 5 years of experience working in the MNC or Global companies in the sales and/or marketing of the electrical distribution product to the Power Generation and Utility market
•Able to travel up to 50% of the time
•Strong technical presentation and creative problem solving skills
•Strong oral and written communication skills
•Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
•Strong customer mindset and external focus
•Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
•Ability to provide technical direction and training for leadership program candidates
•Ability to work in a team-oriented setting and develop complex solutions utilizing the entire GE portfolio
