PT Qdc Technologies is a fast growing construction company focusing on telecommunication and power construction projects. Our main customers are from almost all telecommunications operators and PLN. We are currently engaged in several projects at various regions in Indonesia, and are planning to start new projects in Jawa Barat, Sulawesi, Sumatera, dan Kalimantan. To facilitate the company’s business expansion, we are currently in need of strong and passionate professionals to be part of our team as : Bid ManagerJob Description: Calculate & estimate all project cost & project value (telecommunication project) Analyze and understand tender requirements, propose, strategize and manage the proposal development process Effectively meet customer’s needs and enhance the competitive position of the offer To help sales & marketing team in the pre and post sales activities including contract negotiation and legal discussion Facilitate commercial, financial and technical information among the team members to ensure consistency in strategies and proposal as a whole Responsible for pre and post bid preparation functions Preparing bid submissions (hard and soft copies) To lead post proposal review to identify good practices and continuous improvements Working and coordinate other resources from different department Prepare and lead the handover process from sales to project delivery team once contract is awarded Produce Bid proposal & submit it on time Get competitive price for bidding purpose Having minimum 5 years experience in marketing / bidding area, especially in telecommunication industry Have ability to estimate project value, and write it into bid proposal Having a good knowledge about sales, marketing and bidding Mastering in estimate & calculate all project cost & project value (telecommunication project) Minimum S1 degree majoring in Civil Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering or other related educational background Project management skills Excellent in language, both Indonesian & English Structured & well organized Customer minded attitude Ability to understand complex process High proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat Proficiency with MS PowerPoint and MS Project Able to work under pressure Flexible, Good team player and Have an excellent communication and negotiation skill
